Everything about this order was perfect! I needed a last minute change to the order and called the store and she was able to quickly (and happily!) help me before the delivery went out. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and my daughter was thrilled with the arrangement!! Love the text message stating the delivery was close and a link for tracking purposes. An additional text stating the flowers were arriving as the driver got to the house and a follow up email for delivery confirmation! Wow! Talk about going above and beyond for the customer. I’m so happy to have found a new floral delivery service with such high standards for customer service, pride in their craft, and just all around good people to do business with! You guys rock!!!!
